White mustard is a fast-growing non-wintering cruciferous.
It is grown as a honey plant, green manure and oil crop.
Good suppressor of weeds.
A very good catch crop, as it binds nutrients from deep soil layers, improves soil structure and, due to the content of glucosinolates, also inhibits the spread of soil pathogens.
Good honey plant, honey productivity approx. 100kg/ha.
